Payment and Trading Conditions

Payment Mode

The mode of payment for first time customers is 50% or 100% T.T Telegraphic Transfer on advance basis. This is the only method of payment as it is the quickest, safest, simplest and most reliable method. It will take approx. 3 days to receive and process your payment. Please be aware we do not accept L/C first time under any circumstances. We do not accept credit card and letter of credit first time under any circumstances.

Terms of Payment

All purchases must be paid in advance 100%. However, the way we request you to pay the money in advance is that you send us a certain percentage of money at the time of placing the order, the remaining will be payable once you receive the copy of B/L via fax or email from us. We accept American dollar (USD), and Japanese Yen.

Cancellation

Basically, we cannot accept your cancellation of bought cars or Machinery but if you hope cancellation of purchased units, we will accept for Cars 150,000 Yen for Machinery 500,000 Yen as cancellation fee per unit.

Explore through our large stocklist, choose your vehicle and proceed to view details page for more information.

Check vehicle details

See more about your selected vehicle and its other details.

Select options and calculate price

Use our "Shipping Cost Freight Calculator", to estimate the total cost of vehicle, Choose your country and port to get the estimated price, you can also add other additional options like insurance and inspection.

Reserve vehicle

Click "Reserve Vehicle Now" button to reserve vehicle.

Review cart and proceed to checkout

Review items in your cart, apply discount coupon if you have any and click "Proceed to checkout"

Select payment method for checkout

On the checkout page, you have to fill your billing details for further processing of your order.

Place order

After filling your billing details choose payment method of your choice and make payment to place your order.

Make Payment

After receiving your Proforma Invoice in your email and print it out. Take this invoice to your local bank and pay the full amount by bank wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer). Our bank details are shown in the Invoice.

We will not begin to process the shipping procedures until your payment is received. Full payment, based on the mutual agreement, must be made for you to receive your car.
